Step 1: Create an Account or Login
Goto https://peoplewisher.com to signup, complete the signup form and you will be redirected to dashboard.
Step 2: Create Your Groups
Organize your clients by industry, value, or relationship type (e.g., “Staff, Customers, Real Estate Clients” or “VIP Patients”). This ensures the right message goes to the right person.
Step 3: Import Your Contacts
Simply upload your CSV or Excel file. PeopleWisher identifies the names, phone numbers, and birthdates automatically. You can use the Add Contact Form also.
Step 4: Create Your WhatsApp Templates
Goto Templates section and create your WhatsApp. You can use our high-converting 2026 templates or write your own custom messages. Templates will be used in group settings to specify which message should delivered for which group.
Step 5: Activate Birthday Automation
From the Groups Page, Click the Group Settings and Turn on the birthday status for your group. Enable the channels you want for the group ( WhatsApp +SMS + Email) select the whatsapp template and time and That’s it. PeopleWisher takes care of the delivery, timing, and scheduling every year.
Step 6: Connect Your WhatsApp Number
Goto the Integrations page and click on Connect a WhatsApp Number Menu.
Then Click the Blue Button to connect your whatsapp phone number, follow the instructions on the screen and your phone number will be connected.
