You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to store, manage, and communicate with your contacts through PeopleWisher.
You represent that any contact information uploaded to PeopleWisher has been collected and processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
PeopleWisher acts as a service provider and processor of contact data on your behalf.
4. Messaging Services
PeopleWisher enables the scheduling and delivery of messages through channels that may include:
- SMS
- Other communication channels we may support in the future
Delivery of messages depends on third-party providers and network operators.
We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered successfully or received by the intended recipient.
5. Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize PeopleWisher to charge your selected payment method.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Subscription Changes and Cancellation
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel a subscription, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused subscriptions
- Unused message credits
- Failure to use the service
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases involving duplicate charges or billing errors.
7. Fair Usage
To maintain platform reliability, we may impose reasonable limits on:
- API usage
- Contact imports
- Message volume
- System resources
We may temporarily restrict excessive activity that negatively affects platform performance or security.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PeopleWisher to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Upload malicious software
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Harass, abuse, or deceive individuals
- Interfere with the operation of the platform
- Circumvent platform limitations or security controls
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
9. Third-Party Services
PeopleWisher may integrate with third-party services including email providers, SMS gateways, WhatsApp providers, CRM systems, and payment processors.
Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
PeopleWisher is not responsible for interruptions, limitations, or changes imposed by third-party providers.

By using PeopleWisher, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the processing of information necessary to provide the Services.

PeopleWisher and all related software, branding, designs, content, and technology remain the exclusive property of PeopleWisher.
These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users.
You retain ownership of your contacts, message templates, and other content you upload.
12. Service Availability
PeopleWisher is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
While we strive for reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or unforeseen events may affect service availability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeopleWisher shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Lost business opportunities
- Lost data
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PeopleWisher during the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use creates security or legal risks
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination, access to the Services may be removed and stored data may be deleted according to our retention policies.
